What is VTU SGPA?

VTU SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average) is a measure of a student's academic performance in a specific semester at Visvesvaraya Technological University. It is calculated on a scale of 10 and is determined by taking the weighted average of the grades earned in all courses during that semester, considering the respective credit points. SGPA provides a clear assessment of a student's overall performance for the semester.

What is VTU CGPA?

VTU CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) represents the overall academic performance of a student across all semesters. It is calculated by taking the weighted average of the grade points earned in all courses throughout the program, considering the credit points of each course.

How to Calculate VTU SGPA?

The formula to calculate VTU SGPA is:
SGPA = ∑(Ci × Gi) / ∑Ci
where:
(Ci) = Credits of the ith course
(Gi) = Grade points obtained in the ith course

  5. Your VTU SGPA, corresponding percentage, and division will be instantly calculated based on the VTU Grading System and displayed on your screen
  6. You can also print the report for future reference
